About Us

RVO Enterprises was founded in 1981 by Bob O'Mara.  This new company aimed to provide a Sales and Service program to the Australasian area and has successfully achieved this over the past 25+ years.

Based in Kingsgrove, Sydney with a staff of 12, RVO now provides a full Consultation, Sales and Service to the Bakery and Food Production Industries.  With Service Agents in each of the States and Territories, RVO covers the whole of Australia.

In 2007, Wilhelm Harnacke joined RVO from one the company's suppliers - Tonelli Group, Italy - and is now Managing Director and shareholder of the company.

His vision for the future of RVO is threefold:

1. For RVO to be a bridge between the Australian market and overseas technology.
2. To create a competent centre to transfer value and service between high profile sources, and to exchange the innovations and solutions by being a partner in projects and developments.
3. To gather a pool of highly professional people from various industries in order to work closely together on specific projects from inception to completion, from the idea to the implementation. This would allow RVO to use the information gathered to benefit companies of all sizes, from large Industrial Plants to small retail outlets.

RVO services the Retail, Commercial and Industrial sectors for Material Handling - Mixing - Dough Processing - Depositing/Filling - Baking - Cooling/Freezing.

Collaboration with our suppliers has been maintained over a great number of years

Bob O'Mara made the Belshaw connection in 1969 and this alliance was further forged by RVO becoming sole agent and distributer for Australia when the company was founded in 1981.  Edhard and Moline also began their association with RVO in 1981.

• Polin came on board in 1982, followed by Tonelli in 1983.
• A.M Manufacturing then followed 5 years later.
• Tecnopool and Backtech joined the RVO family around 1998.
• RVO become involved with Matcon Pacific - in 2007 - taking the Materials Handling section to new heights.
• Finally, in October 2008, RVO became the Australian agency for Unifiller Systems.  This created an expansion of the 'Filling and Depositing' capabilities thus allowing RVO to offer solutions to the Retail, Commercial and Industrial sectors.

RVO is always looking at new and innovative technology for the Food Processing Sector and strives to be able to supply our customers with the highest quality and the best equipment available to the industry.
