foodtools cs-rs round & sheet dessert cutting machine

 

This model is designed to cut round cakes with or without Divider Inserts as well as half sheet cakes in or out of the container. In round cake production the Divider Inserts are manually fed before each slice and the dial is manually turned and indexed for each cut. In half sheet cake production the platform is manually moved and indexed for each cut position and manually rotated for the x and y cut axis. The machine can also be used as a loaf or bar cutter. The economical cost, flexibility, ease of adjustment and simplicity of the machine is a perfect match for a bakery producing 50-100 round and/or sheet products per hour. This machine is able to be washed and cleaned with soap and water, we recommend using a low pressure hose. Always be mindful of the pneumatic valves, joints, and mufflers and avoid spraying water directly into pneumatic components.

The smallest sheeter of the TRONIC line, it is provided with the same mechanical components as its sisters machines so it guarantees highly professional performances. The setting of the up-and-down movement of the cylinders is automatic and can be stored in the practical on-board computer (100 programs). The inversion of the belts direction is possible by means of the ergonomic rocker arm or practical pedals. The machine is standard equipped with an inverter which allows to adjust the belts speed according to all different needs. Conveyor tables can be folded up and easily removed in order to facilitate the moving of the machine. The scrapers, which are positioned in a way so that they are easily accessible to the operator, are very easy to clean.
The wide opening of its cylinders, together with its strong tables, make this sheeter practical to use and long lasting in time.
