The baking process in the Tecnopool Spiral Baking system is achieved using steel mesh belts heated by radiant heated oil tubes within an insulated cabinet.
 
This system is particularly suitable for the treatment of a wide range of products, that can be transported on conveyor belts or on trays - such as bakery or pastry products etc.
